1. Information we collect:

Your name, WhatsApp phone number, and financial information YOU voluntarily share via WhatsApp (expenses, income, receipts) for categorization and organization.

2. How we use your information:

To send you service and security notifications via WhatsApp. This includes personal finance summaries, unusual charge alerts, duplicate charge detection, expense categorization, and accounting assistance. All messages are sent only to your registered number

3. Messaging - Opt-In:

You opt-in to receive WhatsApp messages by visiting yolyassistant.com, clicking "Activate Security Alerts", and sending us a WhatsApp message with the keyword ACTIVAR. This constitutes a double opt-in.

Message frequency: Up to 60 messages per month depending on your activity. Message and data rates may apply

4. Messaging - Opt-Out:

You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP, CANCELAR, or SALIR via WhatsApp. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
